The Brief
The goal for this project was simple but critical. Create a set of brochures that could be handed to potential clients who were already engaged, already aware, and now looking for the right builder to bring their project to life. These weren’t top-of-funnel browsers. They were comparison-shoppers. Decision-makers. People ready to act, but only if the details lined up.
Centrobuilt needed brochures that did more than describe services. They had to build trust, speak directly to client concerns, and support the sales team in converting interest into commitment.
My Involvement
I worked on the copy and design development across four unique brochures, each one tailored to a specific part of Centrobuilt’s offering. These documents were designed for a different stage of the customer journey than the website, so the copy needed to be different, speak faster, and guide the reader with more intention.
Before writing a word, I started with a deep research phase, I dug into the mindset of the audience:
What would they be worried about?
What would make them hesitate?
What would help them feel confident enough to say yes?
From there, I focused on messaging that addressed those needs head-on, highlighting quality, process, timelines, and transparency in a way that felt natural, not pushy.
To ensure a polished client experience, each brochure had its own layout and design style. I worked on the creatives and structured content clearly, emphasising key messages, and ensuring the visual flow complemented the tone of voice.
Creative Approach
Both the website and brochures needed to convert and create sales. However, they targeted different parts of the buyers journey.
The tone of the brochures are direct, grounded, and confident, designed to reflect Centrobuilt’s professionalism without falling into clichés or sounding like every other builder on the block.
Each brochure starts strong, guides the reader through the offer, and answers the unspoken “Why should I trust you with this?” question. Whether handed over during a sales meeting or downloaded online, they serve as sharp, strategic tools that support decision-making and reinforce Centrobuilt’s credibility at exactly the right moment.
